It wass very acceptable to us and the price was right. A bit spartan but I guess that is to be expected.

The hotel is not very far from the main tourist attractions - within 10 to 15 minutes walking. The price is quite cheap.

The shared bathroom was in a terrible condition. No soup or shampoo was provided. The hotel staff did not speak almost any English. The walls were very thin and the room was very noisy all night long. There is no lift in the hotel. There is no air conditioning either - just an old-fashioned fan attached to the ceiling. I cannot recommend this hotel and would not like to stay there again.

Location

It needs total renovation ... the standard is very low and I did not imagine that you could find such accommodation in Europe 2011!!! We know we found a cheap accommodation but never imagined we had to walk on loose tiles in our bedroon.

This accommodation is definitely a big disappointment, not to say big mistake. The rooms resembled a dark hole. Lot of dirt and moisture everywhere. Thin walls in rooms welcoming every noise inside. Bathroom in the hallway was neglected and dirty. In addition, staff does not speak English at all. We strongly discourage.

The noise, very noisy street and/or poorly insulated room. Shared bathroom, not at its best condition. Very humid and cold room. No heating and no hot-water in the room.

This pension is reasonably cheap and is located equally close to the city center, Plaza de Armas bus station, and main Corte Ingles

Reception does not speak any English. No heating in the common bathroom, so having a shower is a painful experience when staying out of season. WiFi supposed to work, but you have to ask for the password and the one I was given didn't work.

The room was really spacious and the showers were pretty big.

I did not know that I needed to reserve to use the tv (they give you back your 10 euros but it was still a bit of a hassle).

Einfache Herberge in guter Lage und nettem Personal für Preisbewußte. Gleich neben dem Busbahnhof Placa des Armas, nicht weit ins Zentrum und auf dem Weg etliche gute Lokale in Nebenstrassen. Für uns zum Nächtigen optimal, zum "Wohnen" eher ungeeignet (Zimmer klein). Das Personal hat uns bei allen Fragen sehr geholfen und war sehr freundlich. Preis für 4 Personen unschlagbar.

Im Sommer ist AC vielleicht besser, mit dem Van ging es gerade noch bei den Temperaturen.

Wifi gratis.

Für 35 € die Nacht darf man wohl keinen Kompfort erwarten. Sauberkeit ok. Dusche und Toilette auf Gang. Sehr kleine Zimmer. Insgesamt ok aber ein Backpacker Hostel wäre bei gleichem "Kompfort" sicher die günstigere Wahl.
